to visualize the 'crowdiness' and the flux of people and blurriness of the surroundings...maybe a bit like you were sitting on a moving train and you look out the window.

whitechapel market is a busy place. sometimes, it even feels like you're in a different country. mainly bengali stall/shop owners, who sell traditional clothing, jewellery, vegetables, bollywood movies etc.there is also a lot of kitsch around, like toy stalls or ridiculously sweet candy.i investigated the area, took photos, made a video projection to visualise the flux of people and colour that is going on on the market. it is an overstimulating experience and maybe sometimes, if you're not up for it, way too much to walk through the market.however, i want my outcome to be easy on the eye, and a pleasurable experience...like you are in a daze, you squint your eyes and you're just 'floating' through it.
